NEUROSIS Completes Mixing New Album

NEUROSIS, which is cited as one of the most influential bands of heavy music’s experimental underworld, has finished mixing its long-awaited new studio album. The follow-up to 2007’s “Given To The Rising” was recorded last November and is due out before the end of the year.

NEUROSIS released a live album, “Live At Roadburn 2007”, in August 2010 via Neurot Recordings. The CD was recorded in 2007 in Tilburg, Holland, at the annual Roadburn festival where NEUROSIS headlined to a diehard audience.

“Live At Roadburn” was made available alongside the reissue of NEUROSIS‘ groundbreaking 1993 release “Enemy Of The Sun”. The “Roadburn” album featured the iconic artwork/layout skills of visionary artist/NEUROSIS live visual master Josh Graham, also responsible for the redesigned “Enemy Of The Sun” layout. Both albums were released on CD as part of the celebration of the 25th anniversary of the legendary act.
