Through The Lens: Dead Meadow @ Kilowatt Bar, San Francisco, 15th July 2023

After recently shooting Yob, then Liturgy and BIG|BRAVE, The Shaman’s California based snapper Tyler Johnston had a wander down to the Kilowatt Bar in San Francisco to capture Los Angeles based heavy psych rock trio Dead Meadow.

The band, who are a fan favourite on these hallowed pages, are not only supporting their latest long-player Force Form Free that was released to critical acclaim in late 2022 by Jadd Shickler’s Blues Funeral Recordings, after a long and defining musical journey, we at The Shaman can confidently say they’ve now been elevated to legendary status.
