Through The Lens: Liturgy / BIG|BRAVE @ The Independent, San Francisco, 28th June 2023
A few days after shooting Yob at Oakland Metro, The Shaman’s resident stateside snapper Tyler Johnston took the trip over the bay to San Francisco and headed to The Independent venue.
The reason? Ravenna Hunt-Hendrix’s haunting Liturgy, who recently released the epic 93696 through Thrill Jockey Records were in town, with support from fellow Thrill Jockey Records alumni, Montreal’s monolithic BIG|BRAVE, who are hot off an extensive European tour.
