In Search Of Tone: Mike Burns Of Radian

It’s time to shed some light on one of the hardest-working bands I know. Radian from Akron, Ohio create some epic heavy music and their 2022 release Discordian still cycles through my playlists. But it’s their work ethic and determination that makes them a step above.

For example, I have been slacking on these In Search of Tone interviews and I spoke with Mike Burns a while back about doing one with me.

I told him I was busy and will let him know when I can meet. He decided to go above and beyond and film a rig rundown and answer my questions on film. He did it all and sent me a link, so I didn’t have to worry about transcribing or anything. And just like that the first video In Search of Tone was created.
