CASTLE Unveil New Video For The Track Evil Ways; Canadian Tour Dates Announced

Castle

Heavy metal enthusiasts, CASTLE have today unveiled their brand new video for the track Evil Ways. The song is taken from their most recent release, Under Siege, released via Ván Records earlier this year.

CASTLE’s vocalist/bassist, Liz Blackwell, commented: “We wrote Evil Ways while we were staying in the desert so we wanted to go back and film the video there too… the song is about being aware of the evil surrounding you and after spending time in the starkness of the desert you have a very keen sense of danger and death all around. We shot the video in between a lightning storm and flash floods in 110 degree heat. Nothing makes you more aware of death than a hostile surrounding. The desert is a perfect partner for heavy music.

Castle 'Under Siege' Artwork

Consisting of eight tracks of riff-driven melodic metal, Under Siege, CASTLE‘s third full-length was released earlier this year to critical acclaim as Guido summed up in his review “Maddening and dark, but so tight and enthralling. This band has made a fine piece of music indeed without ever trying to do too much or too hard” and is available now via the Ván Records webstore on CD or LP
