Misanthropy Clothing Is Launched By Mistress/Anaal Nathrakh’s Mick Kenney

This week has seen the launch of MISANTHROPY CLOTHING, the brainchild of ANAAL NATHRAKH & MISTRESS mastermind, Mick Kenney.

Now based out of Orange County, California, Mick has set up MISANTHROPY CLOTHING as a creative outlet for his visual art. Having studied, and gained a degree in Illustration at Birmingham University, Mick has always had a keen eye for art of the physical kind as well as creating the aural landscapes of sonic debauchery that he is better known for.

MISANTHROPY is one more string to his bow; a continuation of the imagery he has created for album covers and merchandise over the past ten years for both his own band and others, such as Napalm Death.

Mick comments “I have a genuine passion for creating art in all its forms – visual and audio. I am still as interested in the music side as I ever was – in fact, Anaal Nathrakh are currently writing for our next album. This is just another way for me to express myself, so I started designing shirts, and people seemed to be into it… and it just grew from there.”
