Premiere: Manic Abraxas ‘Red Camo Rock’ – New Album ‘Foreign Winds’ Releases 30th September

Although Manic Abraxas and their brand of punk, doom, and To Mega Therion era Celtic Frost thrash are a new name to us at The Shaman HQ, the devastating three-piece, who reside in the outer reaches of the northeast in Maine, are gearing up to unleash their frantic new seven-track album Foreign Winds on the 30th September.

Recorded by the one and only Steve Austin, yes that Steve Austin of Today Is The Day fame, at Austin Enterprise, he’s managed to capture the angst of Manic Abraxas’ in all its filth, and today, it’s the Shaman’s pleasure to bring you the second single, and opening track from the album, Red Camo Rock

Justin Hamm, who provides bass, synth and vocals on the new album, states, ‘Jester’s privilege – the ability and right of a jester to talk and mock freely without being punished. Red camouflage is garish, our chosen colors. Red Camo Rock is a statement that we cannot hide, nor would we want to; tricksters we are and what’s yours will soon be ours. We are the modern-day jesters, and you are the audience. We mock and you laugh but do you truly understand?’

Now click play below, scream out an ‘uugghh’ as Red Camo Rock beckons you to dance with the jester…
