WIDOWS Announce Details Of Split 7” With HOUSE OF BROKEN PROMISES; UK Tour With HOGSLAYER Confirmed
Formed in 2008 in Nottingham, UK, WIDOWS play music you can raise a beer and swing a fist to and they do it with bone crushing grooves and an undeniable swagger!
Influenced by the likes of Down, Kyuss, and Clutch, WIDOWS have been adding weight to their reputation with numerous gigs and tours across the UK and Europe in support of their last album Death Valley Duchess, which and more recently in preparation for their next release; a split single with legendary US desert rockers HOUSE OF BROKEN PROMISES (featuring Arthur Seay and Mike Cancino of Unida).
It will be available on both 7” vinyl and mp3, and features the previously unreleased WIDOWS track Blue Tina, a song inspired by Walter White of TV drama Breaking Bad.
Blue Tina is slated for release in mid November (exact date TBC), and WIDOWS have a small UK tour with Welsh bruisers HOGSLAYER in support of the release.
