Introducing SONIC MEDUSA; Sanctuary Sessions Vol.2 Available To Stream

SONIC MEDUSA delivers a fusion of Heavy Rock and NWOBH who feature Ex members of The Obsessed, Goatsnake, Hollywood Rose, Angus Khan & Sourvein with a line up that includes Steven Darrow on Guitar, Greg Rogers on Drums & Scott Renner on Bass.

In the their fairly short existence, SONIC MEDUSA have had the pleasure of opening gigs for a few early Heavy Rock pioneers, including Blue Cheers, Pentagram & Wino’s ‘Heavy Kingdom’ as well as a few local Heavy Rock favorites, including Bigelf, The Shrine, (Monster Magnet’s) Ed Mundel, Radio Moscow, Backbiter, Angus Khan, amongst others.

SONIC MEDUSA have recorded with Bassist & Producer Scott Reeder ( Kyuss, Unida, The Obsessed etc.) at his So.Cal Desert Studio. The recording, entitled ‘Sanctuary Sessions Vol.2′ which can be streamed below, features SONIC MEDUSA’s former Singer/ Guitarist Tom 5 ( ex White Zombie/ Angelrot ) who has since been replaced with Former Angus Khan/ B-Movie Rats singer Derek ‘Dirty D’ Christiansen & are working on recording new material soon.
