Herder To Play Roadburn Festival 2013
Roadburn excited to present the return of Holland’s very own Herder to Roadburn Festival 2013 on Thursday, April 18th at the 013 venue in Tilburg, Holland.
After defiling the Roadburn hard rock hideout in 2012, Herder’s mission remains defiantly unchanged: to unleash filthy sludge in an outpouring of deep rumbling decibel quakes in the hellish underbelly of a world gone mad!
With the release of their new 12” Horror Vacui (Reflections Records), Herder is ready to take things a step further. In the band’s own words: “The possible survivors of the smoldering crater that the Herder debut album left after impact are now completely finished off with a furious deathstab to the neck. No mercy, no positivity, no sobriety. Only the strong will be left standing, the rest will have their throats ripped out.”
Conceived in the murky swamps by JB, his accomplices in perpetrating Herder’s relentless pounding stoner doom include past / present members of Dr Doom, Rush N Attack, Aborted, Omission, Urfaust, Born From Pain and The Devil’s Blood.
Roadburn Festival 2013 will run for four days from Thursday, April 18th to Sunday, April 21st, 2013 (the traditional Afterburner event) at the 013 venue in Tilburg, Holland. Tickets for the Afterburner are still available!
