STRENGTH OF WILL IS MINE are an extreme metal band from Bolton with heavy sludge/stoner/doom influences and a lot of groove. We have a pretty original formula going on but have been told we sound like a mix of Iron Monkey, Eyehategod, Sabbath and Raging Speedhorn.

We only have a small gigging history thus far and are keen to get a lot more gigs under our belt. Members have played in established bands for many years (including SQUALBALKUS and DISPLACEMENT) and so we have a lot of experience between us.

You can get an idea of what we sound like by listening to some of our rough live recordings at www.myspace.com/strengthofwillismine . We are currently working some new material into the set that is written in a heavier direction.

Any gigs offers or contacts would be greatly appreciated. We are reliable and have transport for our whole backline.

Aye man, it'll be an awesome gig that. The lineup is confirmed as us lot, you guys, EYSAW, BASTARD OF THE SKIES and SLUDGEPUPPY.

We're trying to come up with a name for the fest, one of the suggestions so far is DOOM, GLOOM, GRUEL and GRAVEL fest. Ott perhaps? hahaha
